County Trucking Ltd first emerged as Hopkinson trucking services ltd in 1972 with one ford d1000 v8 cummins lorry tipping loads of stone and sand at various locations in nottinghamshire. As time past Hopkinsons grew to become a Limited Company in 1975 and acquired fincham transport in Edwinstowe Nottinghamshire. Hopkinsons became recognised haulage contractors with a substantial fleet of vehicles including scrap tippers, The company decided to make a name change in 1985 to coincide with a partnership and the name stuck, hence County Trucking Ltd. In the 1990s County Trucking concentrated more on repairing trailers and building the odd tipper body for the fleet which was now much smaller. As time past County Trucking realised the demand for tipper body strong enough to stand up to the harsh treatment and started to build tippers on a regular basis soon county trucking acquired a name for building strong lasting tipper bodies amongst its customers who continue to be satisfied with its products.
